Film Filter: On: A pair of 14th century knights rebels against the church during the Crusades and finds themselves in a village experiencing the Black Plague. When a young woman is accused of witchcraft in relation to the Plague, the two knights take it upon themselves to take this woman to a monastery for the monks to give her a fair trial. Once again working on behalf of the church, the two knights end up on a journey of questioning whether or not this woman is, indeed, as innocent as she has been perceived to be.Things to note: Good cinematography, oddly written "one-liners" occasionally, poor special effects, pretty neutral acting skill on everyone's behalf other than Ron Perlman, inconsistent story line.
